Privacy notice for the protection of personal data

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter referred to as “the Law”), we ask that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions contained in this Privacy Notice, since the mere provision of Personal Data by sending it to Xisema SA de CV, whether through our Internet pages (http://www.flusell.com ); and/or to the email of the different representatives of Xisema of these Terms and Conditions and consequently expressly authorizes us to process your personal data:

Terms and Conditions

1. This Notice aims to protect personal data through its legitimate, controlled and informed processing, in order to guarantee your privacy, as well as your right to informational self-determination.
2. According to Article 3, Section V, of the Law, Personal Data is understood to mean: Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural and/or legal person.
3. Xisema SA de CV, in accordance with the provisions of section I of article 16 of the Law, will be responsible for your personal information (Personal Data).
4. Xisema SA de CV aims to keep its clients informed, and to that end provides various services, including but not limited to: constant communication about events, campaign tracking, data collection for statistical purposes, newsletter distribution, etc. To provide these services, it is necessary to process and, in some cases, transfer some of your personal data.
5. By sending your personal data via email to Xisema SA de CV, and/or completing any of the online applications that appear on the Xisema SA de CV website, you accept and authorize Xisema SA de CV to use and process your personal data and information provided in an automated manner, which will form part of our database for the purpose of using them in an illustrative, but not limited, manner to: identify, locate, communicate, contact, send information, update our database, obtain statistics, promote the products, services, programs, courses and events of Xisema SA de CV.

In accordance with Article 22 of the Law, you have the right at any time to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of your personal data, by sending a request via email to Alfonso Magaña Corona (alfonso@Flusell.com) for matters related to the Database and/or Member Services, or in writing at our address located at Av. B lot 15, CANAACINTRA Industrial Park, Mineral de la Reforma, Hgo. CP 42186. In compliance with article 29 of the Law, said request must contain the following information:
   1. Name and address or other means to communicate the response to your request;
   2. The documents that prove your identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the person making the application on your behalf;
   3. A clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the rights mentioned in the previous paragraph, and
   4. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of your personal data. If you request the rectification of personal data, you must also indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation that supports your request. The response to your request will be communicated within twenty business days, counted from the date it was received, which may be extended by an additional twenty days in cases established by law; so that, if applicable, the measures adopted to comply with your request may be carried out, which will be implemented within fifteen business days following the date on which the response is communicated.
