The Polly-Pig is a pig with specific construction features, essential for pipeline operation and maintenance ( pipeline cleaning). It is usable during the construction of new pipelines, commissioning, operational maintenance, and other stages.
The basic design of the Polly Pig is a one-piece cylindrical polyurethane foam body, available in various densities. It can also be adapted to a wide variety of coatings such as polyurethane, brushes, silicon carbide, etc. The flexible nature of these pigs allows their use in short-radius omega-shaped pipes and unexpected reductions in the internal diameter of the tube.

The Polly-Pig is not used for measurement and inspection activities. It is recommended for the initial cleaning of lines that have never been cleaned with these tools.
